You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. We refund within 14 days of the item reaching us, using the same payment method you used.
How to return
- Fill in the return form or email hello@goodhabitsstore.eu.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label.
- Pack the item with its tags attached and drop it off at a parcel locker.
- Once it arrives we check it and refund you within 14 days.
Conditions
- The item is unworn, unwashed and has all its tags.
- Return shipping is paid by [the customer / us] if the item is not faulty.
- Faulty items are replaced or refunded at our expense.
- Exchanging for another size is free while that size is in stock.
The right of return follows the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the national Retail Trade Rules.
